Pipitea Plaza, Wellington


The Pipitea Plaza is one of Greenroofs Ltd more recent installations. Spread across three levels, each level is looked down onto by staff within the building. Planted using a colourful mixture of sedum, succulents and grasses and interspersed with areas of Otaki pebbles and Riwaka Gold, the roof is designed to please the eye. Read more... 


The Parc

The objective was to create common amenity space in an inner city environment while enabling the residents to park their cars securely.  The Green Roof concept worked so well it became the unique marketing feature of the development. 


Oakridge Resort
